THE REEL WORLD

During a *guided meditation, words float around me.  Enjoying a quiet tonal segment, fully awake, eyes closed, suddenly I saw and felt:

Clearer than Crystal

*** "The Borders of Our Lives"

"Realer" than "reel"~ a living movie unfolded!

Heard: Borodin Music, On The steppes of Central Asia

"Photograph clear" HD detail, a journey deep and mighty in motion.

Crystal Clarity 4th dimension:
I walked desert and rocks, ground crunches underfoot.  Every grain of sand and slab of rock stood out.  Blue banner sky, as clear as glass.

I felt:  chilly clear air coupled with beating hot sun.

I wore:  white gym shoes, worn blue jeans, a patterned red and white flannel shirt over a white T-shirt, black sun visor, eye protective sun glasses, and a red and white bandana as neck or head scarf as needed..

I was:  alone, young, walking, wandering, both observer and participant wavered back and forth in shifts of perception, absorbing energy from the Earth and Sky.

I saw:  **a Pallas Cat!  Grey and white, a bit of tan, long hair, broad face, slung low to ground and alert.  Every whisker, every hair in perfect detail,  He melted  into the rocks.
Alien.

I had:  eagle eyes~

Then, a Mongolian Fox appeared!  A mix grey and red.  Square sturdy shape, every thing square.  His eyes slanted and mostly shut against the glare.  He scurried and vanished into a rocky cave.
Prehistoric.

I knew:  I had been "there" wherever "there" was.  Mongolia? I love being "there!

"Push a Button" in your imagination, and you're "there!"

I heard:  stillness silence

Absolute Magic~

*** "I touch no one and no one touches me."

*** "And a rock feels no pain, and an island never cries...."

CURTAIN CALL

"Preparing to Scan"

Drawing the Curtain

In the previous post, Drawing the Curtain,  I thought about "drapery studies" but, until today, I didn't have "time" to try one.  Interesting as the pen made lace-like effects from the solid print curtain on its rod.

Drawing the curtain is hard!  I want something easy....How about:

Drawing the Puppy

Drawing a puppy from memory is fun, no specific animal, free of agenda, mind on autopilot, an evolving door.  Steps of drawing an animal friend are suggested, go lightly at first, then darken as the images becomes more clear and sure.

Details

Now for a more specific dog.  To fix "Blue" more in my memory bank, I add "details" such as eye color, coat color, expression, personality and feeling freedom with the sketch.  Sketching is more powerful than we think!

"Preparing to Write"

1-2-3 JRNL
*I heard a suggestion today about daily self care.  Grab a journal or a piece of paper and write free style about anything at all for only three minutes.  You can shred it afterward if you like.

"I can do that!"

Here's what I wrote:

Standing on the precipice of writing, I feel like I'm standing on the high dive.

I look down into the shimmering crystal turquoise water.

What do I  feel?  Think?
Unknown

Where am I?
Unknown

Who am I?
Unknown

A grain of sand in the ocean of time
I AM
